If you have subscribed to our Prime version and you still see a limitation of scans, the reason for that could be that your app hasn't updated yet.

- If you use iOS - please go to the Settings menu and tap the Restore Purchases button. This should enable Prime so you can be able to enjoy the Prime features. In case this doesn't work, you can contact us at: hello@1tap.io.
