There are a number of ways to add your expense into 1tap. Let's look at the 'More' function. The plus icon on the top right side of the app.
1. Single Expense
Open the app, tap the camera mode button and photograph your receipt! See how to add a receipt here.
2. Multiple Expenses
You will need this when you have lots of receipts to enter in 1tap. See how to do this here.
3. Two-sided Expense
Your receipt is two-sided. Here's how to enter it in 1tap.
4. Photo Library
If you have already taken photos of receipts and they are saved in your photo library you can select them and they will be processed in 1tap as per normal. Here's how to do it.
5. Email-in Expense
The invoices in your email inbox can be forwarded to 1tap for processing. Here's how to do it.
6. Manual Entry Expense
This is used when:
This is the only way to enter the expense in 1tap. Ie Mileage, work/home office lease, electricity usage, etc
You're on a free plan and have run out of free receipt snaps.
You've got an expense but no receipt for it OR it's handwritten.
You're going through your bank statements and you want to add some expenses into 1tap.
