How to add a note to a receipt / an invoice?

You can easily add a note to your receipts and/or invoices so you can distinguish them easier if needed. To do so, just follow the steps below:

For 1tap receipts:

1. Open the app;
2. Tap on the receipt to which you want to add a note;
3. Tap on More (located at the far right on the bottom menu) - you will see all the available options - add note, share and delete;
4. Tap on Add Note;
5. Add the note you want and tap Done when you're ready;
6. To save the changes, just tap on the tick in the top right corner.

For 1tap tax:

1. Open the app;
2. Tap on the receipt to which you want to add a note;
3. Tap the list icon at the upper right;
4. Write down the note and then tap the tick to save it.

For 1tap online:

1. Go to: https://my.1tap.io/ and log in with the email address and password you use with the mobile application;
2. In the table-of-contents menu on the left, select either My Expenses or My income, depending on whether you want to add a note to a receipt or an invoice;
3. Go to All items;
4. Click on the receipt to which you want to add a note;
5. Write the note down in the last line and click on Save changes.
