You can easily add a note to your receipts and/or invoices so you can distinguish them easier if needed. To do so, just follow the steps below:
For 1tap receipts:
- Open the app;
- Tap on the receipt to which you want to add a note;
- Tap on More (located at the far right on the bottom menu) - you will see all the available options - add note, share and delete;
- Tap on Add Note;
- Add the note you want and tap Done when you're ready;
- To save the changes, just tap on the tick in the top right corner.
For 1tap tax:
- Open the app;
- Tap on the receipt to which you want to add a note;
- Tap the list icon at the upper right;
- Write down the note and then tap the tick to save it.
For 1tap online:
- Go to: https://my.1tap.io/ and log in with the email address and password you use with the mobile application;
- In the table-of-contents menu on the left, select either My Expenses or My income, depending on whether you want to add a note to a receipt or an invoice;
- Go to All items;
- Click on the receipt to which you want to add a note;
- Write the note down in the last line and click on Save changes.
You can easily sort and organise the notes you've added to your receipts/invoices when you export your data in a CSV file. Here's how to do that.
