Can I share my 1tap data with my accountant?

Yes, you can share all of the data submitted to 1tap with your accountant at any given moment. Depending on whether your accountant uses Dext's services or not, there are two possible ways to do so:

For Dext's partners:

Your accountant can have live access to your data through the Practice Platform dashboard. To give them access to your 1tap account, just follow the steps below: 

1. Open 1tap receipts;
2. Go to Settings;
3. Tap on Share with accountant;
4. Enter your accountant's unique code and tap on the Share with accountant button;
   - If you don't have the code, tap one the Ask accountant for 1tap code option. An email screen will open with an automatically generated message. Just type in their email and send the invitation.

You can still share your data with your accountant even if they're not using Dext's services.

To do so, just export it in a CSV or PDF file and then send it to your accountant's email address.
